Kolbey Gardner
Managing Partner
Kolbey founded United Strategies Group in 2018. Kolbey oversees the company’s strategic investment initiatives, business development, and capital structures. Prior to forming United Strategies Group, Kolbey worked in Corporate Operations at Apple, organized for the Youth Vote Project during Secretary Hillary Clinton's 2016 Presidential Campaign, and spent time working for the Georgia House Democratic Caucus. Kolbey is an alumnus of Clark Atlanta University where he studied Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. He currently splits his time between Washington, DC, Chicago, and Atlanta, Ga.
Tyler McMillan
Partner
Tyler McMillan is a Computer Science graduate from Mississippi State University with exceptional academic performance and leadership skills. He is currently working as a software developer in Silicon Valley and has a passion for emerging technologies like artificial intelligence and blockchain. Tyler is also an active volunteer, enjoys outdoor activities, and likes to read books on technology and entrepreneurship to expand his knowledge.
